Artwork Requirements

We prefer to receive art in an Adobe Illustrator eps (vector) file in either CMYK or PMS (all fonts/typefaces outlined), but will accept electronic art in eps, pdf, tiff, or jpeg files in a PC format. Please keep in mind that artwork with high color saturations print with better quality. All art with halftones, screens, fades or blends are subject to our review and approval.

 

How to Send Artwork

We make it easy ! When you go through the online ordering process you will be prompted to upload your logo before checking out. We also have a NOTES area where you can provide us with additional information about your art if needed. Alternatively, you can email your logo to us before you order and request a FREE PROOF. Be sure to tell us which product you would like a proof for, and let us know if you need to make changes or add to the art file that you are sending. Our email address is info@promowebstores.com.

 

Proofs

E-mail proofs are provided for you free of charge, and must be approved before we will begin production of your order. Once the artwork is complete, we will email a proof for authorization. Simply reply to the emailed proof and let us know that you approve. We request that proof approval be made within 24 hours of receipt to maintain your ship date.

 

Reorders

Please note that all orders must be placed through this website for your security, and you must be logged in to your account to access your previous order.

To place a reorder, please follow the steps below:

      1. Login to your online account. If you do not remember your password, click on Forgotten Password on the login page, and you will receive an email to reset your password.
      2. Click on Order History on the left-hand side under My Account.
      3. Click on the Eye Icon to view an order.
      4. Scroll down and click on the Shopping Cart button. You will be sent to the product page to place your order. Select your options, and add it to the shopping cart.
      5. When you are finished, go to your Shopping Cart.
      6. Please state in the Order Notes that this is a reorder, along with the name of your company. You do not need to upload your art file again.
      7. If you are making an Exact Reorder (reordering the same product with same imprint and no other changes), go to the Use Coupon Code drop down menu and in the Reorder Coupon Code box – enter the code customer to remove setup charges.

        Please do not use the reorder coupon code if you are making any changes to the previous proof, providing new artwork, or ordering a new product. Any changes made to a previous order will incur a new setup charge.

Once your order is received in our system, we will send you the art proof(s) we have on file for you to approve prior to final print. Your order will not be processed without the final approval.

 

Production Time

Normal production times are noted in the Description of each product. Rush production times are available on select products, and time frames and pricing (if applicable) are indicated on each item's product page. Special art submission and proofing time requirements may apply.

 

Shipping

We offer UPS ground shipping within the contiguous USA. A shipping estimate can be obtained once your shopping cart is complete. Shipping times are noted on each product, many of which have free shipping.

 

Samples

Product samples can be provided free of charge for most products (moderate quantities please).

 

Trademarks

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed on this site are reproduced only as examples and do not constitute any type of endorsement from those companies or organizations.

 

Refunds and Returns

Should you have any problem with your order, please contact customer service at 1-800-974-3611 within 15 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise as soon as it is received for review, even if you do not intend to use it right away. Should you find a defective product, we will issue a UPS call tag to you immediately.

 

Please note:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to read the entire product description prior to ordering to ensure that the options selected are correct. We do not take responsibility for errors made on the final product due to a misunderstanding of the product description. If you are unsure of any aspect of the product or ordering process, please contact us for assistance.

  • Additionally, we are not responsible for Artwork errors made on the part of the customer. An email proof is provided for approval prior to ordering, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the email proof for any artwork errors or desired changes. Once artwork approval has been received, it is deemed to be correct. Additionally, once the production process has begun, we cannot make any changes.
